You can request more copies, customize your directory selection or reduce the amount of print telephone directories received by:

  • Select the link below and choose "Select Your Dex".

  • Enter your Zip code and click "Proceed to Select Your Dex" to find out which Dex directories are currently delivered in your area.
  • Next to each directory listed, please enter the number of copies that you want to add, change or reduce. For example, you can choose to receive one (1) copy of the Dex Yellow Pages, zero (0) copies of the White Pages, and three (3) copies of community directories (where available).

How do I add, update or delete my residential white page listing information?

Currently residential and personal white page listings cannot be directly updated to the site. Please contact your local telephone service provider. If you are not sure of your provider's customer service 800 telephone number, please refer to your local monthly telephone bill.

Can I use a dial up modem for downloading the DexPages.com Digital Directory from the Web or will I have to use a DSL?
A:

It is recommended to use a high-speed internet connection to download your DexPages.com Digital Directory. A dial-up modem can be used, but will take a significantly longer period of time.

Can I use the DexPages.com Digital Directory to look up a residential or business listing using a telephone number or address?
A:

Just enter the phone number (at least the first 4 of the 7 digit number) and all listings with those numbers will be displayed.

How do I uninstall my DexPages.com Digital Directory?
A:
  • Go to your Start menu (in the lower left hand corner of your screen) and choose Settings, then Control Panel.
  • Choose Add or Remove Programs.
  • Scroll down until you find Dex
  • Choose Change/Remove button and follow directions.
Which browsers can use to download the DexPages.com Digital Directory?
A:

The DexPages.com Digital Directories are compatible with most browsers. However, we strongly recommend the following: Internet Explorer 5.0+, Netscape 7.0+, Firefox 1.0+, Opera 7+, Safari 1.0+, or Mozilla 1.5+.

How do I install the DexPages Digital directories onto a Mac computer?
A:

Mac OS Web Installation from a network or Internet Web server:

  • Once a CD-ROM Directory has been installed on a network or Web server, MAC-OS users can open the directory by double-clicking on the 'index.htm' for the directory, or typing the URL of the directory into their browser.

Mac OS Standalone Installation:

  • Click on 'Directory Map' above.
  • Find the directory you wish to download from the list and click on the 'DOWNLOAD MAC DIRECTORY' link.
  • Specify where you wish to save the archive file.
  • Unstuff the directory at your desired location on your harddrive or desktop.
  • Navigate to where you saved the directory and double-click on 'index.htm' to open the directory
I have Mac OS X. Can I still install the CD-ROM?
